· Self-Funding – Purchase the system, and receive all the benefits of the energy generated, as well as the financial benefits of the state. Federal incentives and you get Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs). There are loan options available through banks, credit unions, government programs, and 3rd party lenders for financing.

· PACE programs – Known as Property Assessed Clean Energy programs. Under a PACE program, a city or 3rd party loans the cost of the system, and you pay the money back through your property taxes as an assessment.

· PPA – Known as Power Purchase Agreement. One of our financial partners will own the system and you only pay for energy generated. Moreover, no installation or servicing cost and long-term fixed power rate per kWh.
